Wessex Care is a small, family run group of care homes in Salisbury, with a distinctively different approach to looking after older people – offering them a home in the real sense of the word, where everything that’s done is focussed solely on their needs, where the care and support is everything they deserve, and they can lead their everyday lives just as they wish.

Due to continual expansion, we are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be competent in basic health care duties, able to build positive relationships with our customers and be able to receive and communicate information precisely. Experience within a similar role is preferred but by no means essential – we provide full and thorough training for all our staff.

This can be a physically demanding role which requires the ability to identify risks, be organised and resourceful and demonstrate initiative and confidence in working without direct supervision.

Our Healthcare Assistants can work up to 48 hours per week, split into shifts and earn between £7.38 per hour and £10.63 per hour dependant on experience.
